Collaboration with Tokyo Metropolitan Government

On Friday, August 9, 2019, we signed an agreement with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to reduce single-use plastics.
As part of our university's social contribution activities, we will also cooperate with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's awareness-raising activities on reducing plastic.

PR booth of Tokyo Metropolitan Government appeared at Faculty of Agriculture festival

On Sunday, November 10, 2019, the "Tokyo Metropolitan Government PR Caravan - One Way Plastic Reduction Awareness Project" appeared in front of the main gate of the Fuchu Campus, which was busy with the school festival of Faculty of Agriculture.
In the booth, panels were displayed to introduce the efforts of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Environment and the "TUAT Plastic Reduction 5R Campus" activities.
There was also a photo spot featuring creatures lurking in the sea and plastic waste, and a limited number of novelty goods were given away to the many visitors to the school festival.
